Dear Shannan, I wanted to update you on Hobby and my progress. Hobby has been running great at rodeos,I ran her in Montague and Etna California in early spring, shes making great improvement. When family friends watch our barrel run they tell me they've never seen a horse run that hard and fast before, thank you for matching us together. Ive been going to local gymkhanas, jackpot barrel races and 4D races. In September I took Hobby to her first High School Rodeo in La Grande Oregon. She did great for being hauled 10 hours from home. Our first night we ran a 19.3 in barrels and a 23.4 in poles. The second night we both ran into that arena with nothing to loose, our second runs ended with a 17.9 in barrels and a 21.3 in poles. She has become an amazing goat tying horse also,I placed in the top ten the first go in La Grande. This horse is nothing short of amazing,Ive never had a connection with any other horse like the one Hobby and I share. No buckles won yet,but I have a feeling the 2009 season will change that. We have won a few checks, breast collars and other tack. I hope to continue training on her and start placing in the top ten in 2009. Thank you again for your help with Hobby. Your helping me to my dream of running barrels professionally one day. Hope to see you soon. ~ Emilee McPherson.

| I can’t say thank you enough we went to our first schooling show. Oh my gosh……. We went to Estremado’s ranch. Poor Louie won’t be the same. Megan was on him from 9:30 am till 6:00pm. I couldn’t get her off him. He sure likes her. Thank you so much. I will be sending pictures. I never had to worry about him around other horses you would have thought he had done this 100 times. Nothing bothered him. Megan went with a friend and so between the both of them and their horses they made it across the creek and back. Shannan she wants to do this again.
Thank you so much and Sierra is doing great she gets to go to the next show.

Dear Shannan, I wanted to write you and update you on Belle. I have remaned her Brandi. She is doing great. As you heard I have been showing. We went to our first show we placed 3rd in showmanship & 3rd in western pleasure. Then the weekend after we entered eight classes we placed 2nd in english plearsure, english equitation and western pleasure, then 3rd in western equitation and 4th in trail. Then as you heard at the end of the weekend we went into watch who got high point awards (me thinking I for sure wasn't getting anything) and I received the Novice Rider High Point Champion award! I was so excited! I just want to thank you so much for finding me the PERFECT horse! I couldn't have asked for more. I ride her bareback all the time and we love loping around the pasture and arena. She is great. We have been running barrel, keyhole, pole bending, and flag race patterns along with jumping training. we are currently jumping twelve inches with four days training. We just currently joined the Grants Pass High School Equestrian Team and will be competing with them in Feb, Mar, Apr. Then we will show at the county fair in August for 4H. You couldn't have pared me with a better horse! Again thank you so much. Hope to see you soon. Sincerely,
Jamie Smith

| Hey Shannan! I just thought I might update you on Brandi and my progress. Well as you probably know I did the Grants Pass High School Equestrian team with her this last season and it went very well. Our performance classes were a little sketchy just because she thought that it wasnt right she was out there all alone and wanted to be with everyone else. But that was alright she was learning. And then I also did 4H with her this year and it went GREAT! We got 5 reds, 3 blues, 12th of 32 in the costume contest, 10th of 15 in western riding, 6th of 18 in trail, 3rd of 28 in dollar bill, 8th of 18 in egg and spoon, 5th in figure 8 (not so good but i didnt even get warm up), 4th in texas barrels, 3rd in flags, poles, and key race, all the games there was 19 in my division. Then I have never ridden dressage, nor have I ever ridden a pattern on Brandi in dressage and we went in there and got 4th! I was quite happy. Then last but not least, I also did Hunter Hack and Equitation Over Fences. In Equitation Over Fences we got Reserve Champion, and Hunter Hack we got CHAMPION! :]. It was an awesome day! Then today we went to our first Estremado gymkana and did awesome also, we beat most of our times and dang is she learnin how to turn. Once again thank you so much! I am so happy I found her. She is the best horse anyone could ask for! Well just thought I would let you know how things were goin. Hope to talk to you soon. :] Jaime Smith
